MEET OUR STAFF

Dr. Sumayyah Khan has been providing general dental care in the Southwest Suburbs since she graduated from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 2001. As a wife and mother, one of her best attributes is to understand! She will spend time with you to understand your dental needs, answer questions and hear your concerns. Together, you will make the best choices for your immediate and long-term dental care.

Dr. Khan is proud to be a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is Invisalign (invisible braces) certified. In addition to providing general dental care for families, especially children, Dr. Khan is experienced in restoring beautiful smiles through various cosmetic procedures. Dr. Khan has been providing Invisalign treatments for over 4 years and specializes in cosmetic treatments like Veneers, Snap-on-Smile, Implants, etc.

Dr. Khan's philosophy is to maintain and improve the quality of her patients' health and wellness. For this reason, she continues to find materials that offer long term predictability. Dr. Khan ensures the highest standard of care at her clinic.

Kenya Bond

Kenya has had the pleasure of working in the office and being part of the Smile Studio 87 team since 2009. As one of the first people you will encounter during your visit here at Smile Studio 87, Kenya's goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the moment you walk in the door. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her 5 kids, family and friends. She also enjoys shopping, entertaining and cooking. Kenya is looking forward to treating you like family.

Jeannine Stonebrook

Jeannine has been a Dental Assistant for almost 2 years at Smile Studio 87. She enjoys meeting the many wonderful people that visit the office and the supportive team of professional staff members she works with. She has more than twelve years experience in the dental field and enjoys delivering a high standard of patient care and service. At the end of the day she enjoys spending time with the light of her life, her 2 year old son, who she says reminds her that every day is a joy and a blessing.

Antoinette

Antoniette is a Dental Assistant and has been a part of the Smile Studio 87 team since 2010. She is currently also enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program at Prairie State College. She enjoys working with patients and providing exceptional care to each patient. Her goal is to help make your experience in our friendly family practice a great one! During her free time, Antoinette enjoys quality time with family and friends, baseball games, and outdoor activities.

Assistant

Stefanie Connelly, RDH

Stefanie graduated from hygiene school from the College of Dupage in 2006. Stefanie also completed her Bachelors in Applied Science degree from University of Iowa. Stefanie is a patient centered hygienist who strives to address the individual needs of each patient. Stefanie believes in continuing her education to best treat each patient. On her free time, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family.

Hygienist

Elisa Ochoa

Dr. Elisa Ochoa knew at a very young age that dentistry was her passion and looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm as she begins to treat and get to know her patients. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Dentistry and is a member of Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Ochoa understands the anxiety that patients experience as a result of not knowing what to expect and/or from previous unpleasant dental visits. She strives to listen to the concerns of her patients while offering honest, professional opinions and explaining conservative approaches that will suite each individual’s dental needs. Dr. Ochoa is an avid traveler, and can be found spending her spare time planning that next trip and enjoying life with family and loved ones.
